One part of getting married is making compromises, so you may get to keep your sports stuff but a lot of it might have to be put away.
When my wife first moved in she complained that our new home looked like a dorm room. The problem is that right now we just have a one bedroom apartment so we don;t have any place to put any extra stuff.
This means I have had to constantly defend and then move the wall hanging that are important to me while my wife battles to female up the apartment.
